The Finance Accounting Manager will support the end-to-end close lifecycle for OKX's San Jose operations, driving accuracy and efficiency across journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the financial services, fintech, or crypto industries
- Deep understanding of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations
- Strong capability to translate complex data into accurate financial accounting and reporting
- The skillset to work within the demands of a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience leading complex projects end to end involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and clearly communicate outcomes to senior management
- Self-starting problem solver, able to identify and execute new tasks proactively and complete projects with minimal direction
