Associate Manager, Global Logistics (Hybrid Role - New York)

OLAPLEX is a category-defining leader in prestige hair care that seeks a talented Associate Manager, Global Logistics to join their mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international shipments, monitoring partners, and overseeing customs clearance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Distribution, or related field
• 3-5+ years of related supply chain experience in a CPG environment with experience managing 3PL
• Deep understanding of international trade lanes, incoterms, and the nuances of ocean/air freight
• Strong Excel skills required. Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Able to consider the impacts of decisions on the customer, ensuring that any changes will improve and elevate the customer experience
• Organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities at once and manage time appropriately
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to decision-make
• Collaborative Mindset - Ability to work cohesively with multiple teams and build strong relationships with our internal and external partners
