OLAPLEX seeks an Associate Manager, Key Accounts to support retail and net sales plans for OLAPLEX within Sephora North America, working directly with the Senior Director of Retail Sales to develop strategies to achieve sales and budget targets, and key marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of previous related experience
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to cultivate relationships with internal team members, senior management, and external partners
- Comfortable working with numbers and analytical mindset
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (G-Drive), most notably, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented with a dedication to quality work
- Team player working with cross-functional departments: Trade/Marketing, Field Team, Education, Demand Planning, and Sales Operations/Customer Service
- Passion for the beauty industry
