OLAPLEX seeks a Retail Sales Account Manager, Specialty, to partner with retailers and internal teams to deliver and exceed objectives. The role involves developing and driving channel strategy, managing existing accounts, and ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience in the prestige retail industry
- Prior experience managing Bluemercury, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Dillard’s, and/or Military, preferred but not required
- Numbers driven with a high comfort level navigating Excel
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and analytical mindset
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with a dedication to quality work
- Passion for beauty industry
