Operations Manager

Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of supervisors, dockworkers, and drivers in maintaining smooth, efficient, and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in operations or as a driver supervisor, with a high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor's degree preferred. The Operations Manager will be responsible for daily operations, staff management, and goal achievement, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years working experience as a driver supervisor or in operations
• Working knowledge of AS400, Microsoft Office, DYMS and BLU systems
• Knowledge of general DOT regulations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
