Job description
Lead the feature/software development team to deliver incremental value applying agile principles and practices. Manage deployment of IT/Software/Infrastructure solutions. Create self-organizing team that are flexible and productive.
Facilitate agile/Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, work with the team to refine the product backlog, ensure visibility of work, and implement metrics and dashboards for tracking team delivery performance.
Foster agile engineering practices, enable flow of work, and drive culture change towards agility and servant leadership within the team and across the broader delivery organization.
