Commercial Underwriter - CRE

Old National Bank seeks a Commercial Underwriter - CRE to provide financial analysis and underwriting for Commercial Real Estate lending opportunities, balancing risk and growth ensuring loan structures are appropriate and consistent with bank lending standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in CRE underwriting, commercial real estate appraisal, or credit analyst
• Demonstrated skills in rent rolls, leases, cash flow, market analysis, and guarantor analysis for commercial real estate loans
• Ability to independently understand, analyze, and interpret financial statements
• Basic knowledge of loan structuring, borrowing causes, and lending regulations
• Ability to comply and conform to ONB lending policies, guidelines, and standards
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
