Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Adolescent & Adult- Manchester, CT

Olesky Associates is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join an established hospital-based healthcare system in Manchester, CT. The Psych NP will provide services for the adolescent partial hospital program and outpatient child/adolescent ambulatory department.

Requirements

• Conducts psychiatric evaluation and formulates accurate diagnoses
• Manages prescribed medication, performs mental status examinations, obtains medical history, develops and presents treatment plans
• Provides therapeutic interventions, practice/consultation, education, staff development, program development, and community engagement
• Communicates care plan and pertinent information to other members of the healthcare team
