Teach swim lessons to participants at the Sequim YMCA, developing and implementing high-quality lesson plans to ensure student learning objectives are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Previous experience teaching swimming and/or developing lesson plans
- Ability to swim proficiently
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to relate well and communicate effectively
- Pass comprehensive background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
