Job description
Owning the infrastructure foundation for Ombud's platform, which runs production AI workloads for enterprise customers, and scaling toward a self-service motion. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad architectural authority.
Setting the technical direction for cloud infrastructure, partnering with engineering on production scaling decisions, operating the platform with discipline, and owning the production Kubernetes clusters, AWS infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, cost optimization, and security posture.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of platform, infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps experience, with at least 3+ years operating production Kubernetes at scale, and deep AWS expertise across compute, storage, networking, data services, and IAM.
