Job Description
You will support change planning, communication, and training coordination across AI initiatives, collaborate with delivery and business teams, and contribute to the execution of change and adoption activities in dynamic project environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in change, communication, or transformation support
- Strong written communication skills
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders
- Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus
