Job Description
We are looking for a Manager Change Management – AI Adoption to design and execute change and adoption strategies for AI initiatives, and work closely with program, engineering, and business teams to align change activities with rollout timelines and delivery milestones.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in change management, transformation, communications, or rollout-focused roles
- Proven ability to structure adoption activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong communication skills and ability to create clear, structured materials for both leadership and end users
- Practical understanding of stakeholder engagement, training design, and change impact assessment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in complex environments
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus
