Job description
As a Software Engineer on the Tradecraft Team, you will analyze user requirements, debug software, and design new software or modify existing software to add new features. You will work on a team to develop software solutions, and oversee one or more software development teams. You will also confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include analyzing user requirements, debugging existing software, designing and coding new software, integrating existing software into new systems, and developing simple data queries. You will also serve as a team lead and assist with developing and executing test procedures.
This role requires a strong background in software development, with experience in languages such as Java, Spring, and MongoDB. You will work in a team environment, and must be able to communicate effectively with system engineers and hardware engineers.
