Product Manager Senior

The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and success of digital products to enable business objectives and elevate customer experiences through technology.

Requirements

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and quantified impacts.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own the delivery of the features/initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating/leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle.
