Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in the Greater Montreal region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong interest in digital transformation/IT. The role involves finding and recruiting top talents, developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates, and participating in recruitment events and cross-functional projects.

What You Will Do

Main responsibilities include searching and pre-selecting candidates, recruiting proactively, participating in recruitment events, and developing and improving recruitment methods and tools.

Requirements
