OneStream Principal Consultant

Role Overview

This Principal Consultant will provide consultative services to customers to expedite ROI and maximize the effectiveness of their business performance management solutions, especially OneStream XF. The ideal candidate possesses experience working in finance organizations and has a sound understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs.

What You Will Do

Work with clients on scoping specific projects, produce measurable results, and independently own entire build process. Assist in pre-sales efforts, demonstrate core/advanced functionality of OneStream, and engage in conversations with Sales to discuss implementation of a use case.

The ideal candidate has experience working in finance organizations, sound understanding of financial accounting processes, and strong critical thinking and analytical background. They should also have superior presentation skills and strong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of relevant work experience
• Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET or similar programming experience
• High degree of proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skills
• Deep understanding of financial accounting processes
• Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research)
• Superior presentation skills
• Strong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementation
• Prior Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)
