Job description
The SysOps Engineer position focuses on the operations and high availability of our customer environments, including provisioning, maintaining, performance monitoring/management, and disaster recovery. This role also serves as a technical escalation point for customer support requests.
Deliver customer environment implementation and software configuration within 24 hours lead time, drive operational outcomes, perform environment updates, migrations, and software upgrades, and monitor customer environments to proactively detect and resolve availability issues.

Strong customer service orientation, proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
