Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• 5 years in a Controller or senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and tax compliance requirements
• Strong experience managing audits and working with external auditors
• Demonstrated success in leading accounting teams and managing people in a remote setting
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
