At Inline Drywall, we're looking for a strategic, hands-on Field Operations Manager ready to oversee complex field operations, lead high-performing crews, and ensure excellence across every site in the Lower Mainland.

What You Will Do

Project Management, Planning & Trades Coordination, Employee Management, Scheduling & Resource Management, Quality Control, Safety and Compliance, Administrative Duties

Why It Might Be a Fit

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction field operations, preferably in steel stud framing, drywall, or general contracting, Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews, subcontractors, and site coordination, Red Seal or equivalent trade certification is an asset

Requirements
