
Job description
The Resident Services Coordinator is the face of the property management team, ensuring the quality of resident experience meets company standards and complies with applicable laws. They support the Assistant Property Manager with administrative duties, foster resident retention, and perform leasing coordinator tasks as needed.
Supports Assistant Property Manager, fosters resident retention, performs leasing coordinator tasks, schedules move-ins and move-outs, coordinates orientations, and assists with resident issues and conflicts.
Requires excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
