Room Inspector

Role Overview

The Room Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms, ensuring they have been properly cleaned and stocked for guest arrivals in compliance with hotel standards of quality and cleanliness.

What You Will Do

Thoroughly inspects all rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues, records inspection results, and resolves guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate basic English, solid knowledge of all duties related to the housekeeping department, and strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
