Primary interface of onsemi to external customers, providing customer satisfaction in processing customer orders and collaborating with various functional groups to ensure timely handling of customer requests.
Independently answer correspondence, manage meetings with customers, handle complaints and requests, and comply with Customer Service business rules and protocols.
