Job Description
onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join our Reliability team. As a Staff Reliability engineer, you will have the opportunity of leading the Reliability Hardware Design, HTOL/THB/HAST BI validation, qualifications of new products and advanced technologies, participating in a broad range of reliability activities in a highly dynamic working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Reliability and Design Engineering with a strong focus on high-reliability automotive applications
- Strong knowledge of reliability test methods and techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support both internal and external customers
