Shift Manager - Days

onsemi is seeking a Shift Manager in our East Fishkill, Hopewell Junction site. The Shift Manager is the single‐point owner of factory performance for an assigned shift in the East Fishkill 300mm Wafer Fab.

Requirements

• Own and deliver shift‐level performance results across equipment uptime, throughput, quality, cycle time, and cost.
• Translate daily factory targets into clear, prioritized execution plans for the shift.
• Lead on‐shift problem definition, containment, and recovery for equipment, process, staffing, and material constraints.
• Lead technicians and operators with clear expectations for performance, behavior, and ownership.
• Serve as the authoritative operational leader and decision point for the shift.
