Staff Product and Test Engineer

This position offers a great opportunity to work with industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets.

Requirements

• Defining Analog and Digital DfT strategies
• Developing low-cost test solutions for complex Analog, Mixed Signal, and Digital roadmap products on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms
• Productizing ICs in-line with business goals and growth projections
• Driving best-in-class DfT strategies (Analog / Digital BiST solutions) for benchmark Cost-of-Test
• Updating / modifying existing code with innovation and improvisation focused on efficiency and test-cost reduction
• Acting as an interface between ATE vendor, BU PE, and Design team to define test automation requirements and checklists
• Working with vendor to develop low level automation code
