The Ontario Medical Association (OMA) seeks a Senior Analyst, Human Resources to advance the digitization, governance, and analytical capability of Human Resources. The role will serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems and workforce data, leveraging technology and analytics to modernize HR processes, strengthen decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Four to five years of relevant experience
- Advanced experience with HRIS and integrated HR data systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR modernization through digital and data-enabled solutions
- Strong workforce analytics and reporting expertise, including dashboard development
- Sound understanding of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements
