Country Manager

Country Manager role at OnTheList, a premium flash sales concept in Asia and the Middle-East. Responsible for building the business in Malaysia, identifying new leads and business opportunities, and managing the local team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in retail or ecommerce industry
• At least 3 years of experience in managing role
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, eager to join an international family business with humility and start from scratch
• Proficient in leadership, stakeholder management and relationship-building
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia market, business landscape, and cultural nuances
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
