Job description
Lead quality engineering activities to ensure product conformity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across aerospace programs. Provide technical leadership, prioritization, and oversight of quality engineering functions.
Lead, mentor, and support Quality Engineers in daily execution of quality objectives and workload prioritization. Drive accountability for timely closure of quality activities and deliverables.
7+ years of experience in quality engineering in an aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of AS9100 / AS9102, MRB, and nonconformance management.
