Job description
We are a fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans, seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Creedmoor, North Carolina. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Quality and have an onsite work structure.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will act as a primary point of contact for customer and regulatory Quality matters, support product and process verification initiatives, and drive quality culture change across the business.
This role requires a strong leader with 10 years of Quality experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, including 5 years in a leadership position. You will be responsible for maintaining and tracking quality, implementing a quality culture, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
