Senior Revit Architect

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Revit Architect to create and maintain BIM models for project-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience and a degree in Architecture.

What You Will Do

Create and maintain BIM models, develop schematic and detailed level models, identify conflicts, and coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors.

This role requires a hardworking individual who is ready to work on extended hours if required. Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape is an added advantage.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch, Diploma in Architecture / Civil, or equivalent)
• Revit with BIM & Cad
• Knowledge of extracting Bill of Materials (BOM) from BIM model (recommended)
• Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape (added advantage)
