Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Active Behavior Analyst licensure in North Carolina or Utah
- At least 1 year of experience working with autism
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals between 2 and 6
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Proven experience in coaching and supervising RBTs or other staff
- Proficient in electronic data collection and clinical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
