As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Opal Autism Centers, you will implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to obtain CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
