Banking Officer

Opal HealthCare is seeking an experienced Banking Officer to support accurate and timely processing of resident payments within the Resident Management team. The role involves receipting and allocating payments, managing direct debits, and investigating unidentified or dishonoured transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a banking, receipting, or finance operations role
• Diploma in Accounting
• Advanced Excel and strong data entry skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Experience in a regulated environment and/or aged care is highly advantageous
