Implementation Manager

OpenEye is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their growing team. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for guiding customers through complex technical deployments, managing multi-site hardware and software implementations, and driving rapid time-to-value. The role will involve end-to-end project management, complex deployments, strategic scoping, customer enablement, stakeholder management, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or technical project management
• Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years of related experience in lieu of degree)
• Demonstrated mastery of project management principles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
• Experience managing deployments involving both hardware and software components
• Relentless focus on driving Time-to-Value (TTV) for every project
