The Revenue Operations Manager is a strategic, data-driven partner to Sales and Revenue leadership, responsible for transforming complex revenue data into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role, plus 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Advanced Power BI experience with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports used for business decision-making.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations concepts.
- Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and integrating CRM data into reporting solutions.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with strong operational discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week (non-remote role).
