We are looking for a passionate and strong-willed Operations Manager to join our team. This position requires a high level of critical thinking and deep understanding of the industry we support. The candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and can support an ever-changing industry.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving retention initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and analyzing data to identify trends and gaps in performance or process. They will also be responsible for team development, stakeholder management, and ensuring all company-required training sessions are completed.
