
Job description
We're looking for a Relationship Manager with a strong background in building customer relationships, fostering a positive local culture, and driving business growth. You will be part of the AFC team responsible for portfolio management, risk mitigation, team member development, and ensuring operational efficiencies.
You will cultivate new business relationships, manage customer acquisition, coach and develop your team, provide industry-leading knowledge, forecast opportunities and challenges, lead prospecting, growth, and portfolio development efforts, and act as a trusted advisor.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading people, projects, and budgets, and be able to frequently travel within their market to support our current and prospective customer base.
