We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for high‐value consulting and professional services engagements. The role involves regular travel to support client development and executive‐level discussions, and is based in Bengaluru, India.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting sales within management consulting, IT consulting, or professional services firms.
- Demonstrated success in orchestrating value and positioning IT and management consulting services across multiple industry verticals, including but not limited to Manufacturing, IT, and Financial Services.
- Strong experience working with and selling into large multinational companies, with a clear preference for European and Nordic client exposure.
- Established professional network within enterprise and global accounts, with the ability to open doors and build trusted relationships.
- Experience in a hunter‐oriented B2B sales role, with strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with and ability to engage senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.
