Maintenance Assistant - Casual role at Oakwood Manor in Victoria, BC, executing general repair and maintenance work, cleaning, and maintaining building exterior, grounds, and parking lots.
Requirements
- Certification, training, and work experience in building repairs, painting and finishes, floor care, safety procedures, property maintenance, plumbing, heating and air conditioning.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proven customer service skills and excellent command of verbal and written communication.
- Sound knowledge of the operation and maintenance of equipment used in the residence.
