Operations Support Manager

We are recruiting for an Operations Support Manager to join a major aviation services contract at Bristol Airport. This is a key leadership support role, working closely with the General Manager and Operations Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery, strong financial control, and excellent people management across a fast-paced airport operation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience
• Previous experience in a support or operational management role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
• Flexible, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Must be over 18 and have the Right to Work in the UK
