Onboarding Project Manager - LATAM

We're looking for a Client Onboarding Project Manager to join our team and help drive complex onboarding implementation projects for enterprise and large customers across various verticals.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Experience working in a SaaS environment
• Advanced English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Technical orientation – ability to understand and discuss Optimove’s solution and customer requirements
• Strong presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA), preferably in a technology-related field
• Project Management certification – advantage
