Reconciliation Analyst

Reconciliation Analyst role in a fast-growing Norwegian fintech company, responsible for ensuring operational excellence and compliance in daily reconciliations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a reconciliation, operations and settlements role within financial services
• Solid understanding of securities reconciliation concepts
• Exposure to or interest in share plans, equity incentive programmes, or custody products
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical capabilities
