Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives supporting options trading platforms, market connectivity, risk systems, and front-office infrastructure in Tokyo. The role will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive complex projects across the Options Technology landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' Project Management experience in a technical environment
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams, internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Linux/Network management and deployment
• Strong English-Japanese bilingual ability, in both written and verbal communication
• An industry recognised Project Management or Service Desk qualification: PRINCE2, ITIL etc
