The team develops a next-generation data platform for research and real-time trading, focusing on orchestration, storage, access, and governance. This role involves defining the team’s strategy, executing it with a dedicated team, and building a scalable innovation cycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Software Engineer experience delivering production platforms
• 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong experience with distributed systems and reliability fundamentals
• Expertise with Python/C++/Java/Rust
• Solid API and system design skills
• Data platform fundamentals (batch/stream processing, table formats, object storage)
• Understanding of security and governance
• Practical experience with streaming and batch data
• Experience with architectural decisions and system design
