
Job description
This position provides key operational support to the People Team by assisting with the delivery of HR programs, processes, and services across the organization. This role requires hands-on involvement in many aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee life cycle, leaves management, HR systems, reporting and analytics, and special projects.
HR Operations & Administration: Build and maintain trusted cross functional relationships through accurate support and timely follow up. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday, including hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations. Coordinate and process employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Post Secondary education in Human Resources Management and minimum of 2+ years of Human Resources experience or equivalent is preferred. Member in good standing with the HRPA is an asset. Proven analytical skills and ability to problem-solve.
