We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Specialist to join our team. As a Workday Specialist, you’ll work in a team to implement Workday solutions that will shape how OPTrust uses technology to automate and streamline processes. You will build relationships not only within the People Team, but across the organization as you partner with various departments.
Act as the Workday configuration lead for HCM, Absence, Time Tracking and Recruiting. Design, configure, and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to support current operations and future business needs. Support Workday biannual releases, including regression testing across key business processes and completion of any configuration updates.
