What You Will Do

Your main activities will include Change Management, such as following operations on the network, calculating impacts, and notifying customers. You will work closely with international partners to accept and qualify planned network changes and represent customers to ensure maintenance is carried out with contract compliance.

Requirements

• Ensure clear and precise customer communication
