Head of Finance Systems Transformation Program

Role Overview

Lead the global Finance IT program as the Business Owner across both OCD BUs, coordinating the backlog prioritization from a need perspective with country finance teams, IT, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for process standardization, automation, and digitalization, including Data Governance, ERP systems, BI, and AI use cases deployment.

What You Will Do

Define and prioritize the digital transformation strategy of OCD Finance, aligning with Group Finance framework and in coordination with the IT Value Driven Program Manager and Product Owner. Establish and oversee data governance principles, including data quality, access rights, and procedures.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5-10 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, and business ownership within an Agile driven IT Project Management environment. Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls. Familiarity with Group Finance tools (e.g., Alcyone, Planning Analytics) and Netsuite is a significant advantage.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5-10 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, and business ownership within an Agile driven IT Project Management environment
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls
• Familiarity with Group Finance tools (e.g., Alcyone, Planning Analytics) and Netsuite is a significant advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, and multicultural environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and IT teams to optimize processes and systems
