As a Consultant, you will develop innovative systems using the Mendix Low-Code Platform and lead Agile project teams to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Software Engineering or Business IT Management
- Between 6 to 15 years in software development, with at least 3 years in team management
- Proven experience leading Scrum/Agile teams with full project ownership
- In-depth knowledge of web technologies and object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, VB.NET, PHP, or similar
- Skilled in SQL database design and complex query development
- Comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and processes
- Familiarity with implementing microservice architecture
- Interest in working with low-code technology (training provided)
- Ability to influence and share key updates with stakeholders, including the board, management, team members, customers, and clients in a professional and persuasive manner
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of setting an example for the team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to guide technical teams effectively
- Eagerness to learn and drive to succeed
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
- Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Preferred skills: Experience with React Native, Experience with CloudFoundry and Docker, Knowledge of Mendix or other low-code platforms
