Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience managing and developing people, including direct responsibility for hiring, performance management, and day-to-day team leadership
• Experience supervising or coordinating operations in a manufacturing, electronics, or distribution environment supporting production or repair activities
